What is included
Turnkey installation
Docker on your VPS or droplet, domain and TLS, a custom Shopify app with minimal scopes, the PSPs and fiscalisation you choose, reminders, the Telegram bot, a test payment and refund. Usually one business day.
Support
Updates to new versions, webhook and poller monitoring, reaction to bank and Shopify API changes, consultations for the owner and developers in Telegram, help with new gateways. Cancel in any month.
Hosting
A dedicated instance on our servers with your domain, daily backups, monitoring, updates. The price depends on order volume, not turnover. You can take a full copy of the database at any time.
FAQ
Why is it free?
Mistok grew out of one store’s needs, and code that had to be written anyway is more useful in the open: others review, fix and extend it. We earn on time — installation, support and hosting — not on withholding features. That is why self-hosted has everything, with no “Pro” edition.
Does Mistok take a fee on payments?
No, 0%. Money goes from the buyer through the PSP to the store’s account under your acquiring contract; Mistok never touches it. You pay only the bank’s rate (for example 1.3% at mono) and, optionally, our time.
What happens to the data if I cancel support or hosting?
Support: nothing changes — the instance and database are on your server, we simply lose access. Hosting: within 14 days after the paid period ends you receive a full copy of the SQLite database and .env, then the instance is deleted. You can bring it up on your own server following the docs.
Can I migrate from GetCheckout or Chekly?
Yes. Those services replace the checkout, so “migration” means returning to the standard Shopify Checkout plus Mistok’s manual payment method. Order history stays in Shopify. PSP credentials (mono, LiqPay keys etc.) are the same. Included in Turnkey installation; see the detailed comparison.
Any discounts?
For several stores of one owner and for charities — by agreement. Mention it in the request.
