Over a million Ukrainians in Poland pay with BLIK and Polish cards in złoty. Mistok gives you three ways to accept that money alongside the Ukrainian gateways.

RouteMethodsWho can open an accountWhen to choose
Przelewy24BLIK, cards, Apple/Google Pay, PayPo, Raty, BLIK Płacę Późnieja Polish or other EU legal entity; non-residents — by agreement with P24 (payouts to a foreign account 40 zł / SEPA €1.50)maximum local conversion, lowest fees
PayUBLIK, cards, Klarna, PayPo, Twisto, Ratyregistration requires the representative’s PESEL — effectively a Polish legal entity or manager-led onboardingKlarna/Twisto installments, high turnover
Stripecards, BLIK, P24, Klarna (via Stripe)a company in a supported country: Estonia (OÜ via e-Residency), Poland, USA (Atlas). Ukraine is not supportedone integration for Europe and the world, if you already have an EU/US company

Shopify Markets

Create a “Poland” market with the PLN currency and the pl locale. Show the “Przelewy24”/“PayU” manual methods only on this market (Payment Customization, or simply a name marked “(PL)”). Mistok takes the order currency (PLN) and picks the gateway itself via GATEWAY_MAP; the buttons on the Thank you page are translated into Polish automatically.

Shipping

InPost Paczkomaty and Poczta Polska — through the respective Shopify apps; Mistok does not handle shipping, but the paid event in the CRM webhook includes the buyer’s country for routing.

Legal entity and taxes

For P24/PayU a Polish sp. z o.o. or sole proprietorship (JDG) is more convenient — it also solves VAT OSS for sales in the EU. An Estonian OÜ works for Stripe and P24. This is an organisational question, not a technical one — agree it with your accountant.
